Team Registration

All APA members must be 18 Years of age to play in APA Leagues!  Annual membership dues of $25 are due the first time each person plays on a team. 

We are developing an online registration form which will be available soon.  Until that time, please contact the League Office at (817) 684-0006 or come by one of our host locations during league play and ask any Division Representative for a team registration form.

You can also signup by emailing us with the following information:

Name and email address of person registering the team

Team Name

Team Number (if applicable)

Day(s) of week you want to play on

Pool game format (8-Ball or 9-Ball)

Home Location

Captain's name, email address, and telephone number

Co-Captain's name, email address, and telephone number

Name and email address for each member of the team

Once the League Office receives your email, someone will be contacting you within 3 - 5 business days.
